2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee

For the 2020 Grand Cherokee lineup, Jeep offers seven trim levels with several different configurations: the Laredo, Limited, Overland, SRT, Summit, Trailhawk, and Trackhawk. Most trims in the Grand Cherokee lineup come with rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive options, but the Trailhawk is only available with four-wheel drive, and the Trackhawk and SRT come standard with all-wheel-drive systems.

Jeep offers several different engine configurations for each of its trim levels. The base Laredo comes standard with a 3.6-liter V-6 engine and eight-speed automatic capable of 295 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft of torque. The Limited, Trailhawk, Overland, and Summit feature the standard V-6 or the 5.7-liter V-8, which is capable of 360 horsepower and 390 lb.-ft of torque.

The Grand Cherokee SRT features a 6.4-liter V-8 with 475 horsepower and capable of 470 lb.-ft of torque. The Trackhawk has the supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 with an eight-speed transmission that offers a powerful 707 horsepower and 645 lb.-ft of torque.

The Grand Cherokee provides stability and balance with its suspension system, especially during long drives on the highway. Jeep's base V-6 engine offers enough power during acceleration, but you'll get even more capability, including towing, with the optional 5.7-liter V-8. The eight-speed automatic adds refined and responsive performance.

The fuel economy rating varies between engines. The base V-6 has an average fuel efficiency rating of 19 miles per gallon for city driving and up to 26 miles per gallon on the highway. Upgrade to the V-8 and you can expect fuel efficiency ratings to range between 11 and 14 miles per gallon on city streets and between 17 and 22 miles per gallon on the highway, depending on the engine.

The Grand Cherokee comes standard with tech features for comfort and entertainment, and you have the option to upgrade with additional features. With dual-zone climate control, adjustable power front seating, and heated steering and seating, you can drive comfortably in any of Grand Cherokee's available trims! Entertainment features include a 7-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity and high-quality sound and entertainment system. Optional upgrades for the Limited trims and above include an 8.4-inch touchscreen and power front seats.

Jeep offers plenty of safety and security with its ProTech Packages. The ProTech I Package comes standard across all trims and includes blind-spot monitoring, cross and rear path detection, rear park assist, backup cameras, and seven airbags.

The ProTech II Package comes as an upgrade and provides full-speed forward-collision warnings, active braking, adaptive stop-and-go cruise control, park assist, and rain-activated wipers. With security system upgrades and seven airbags across all trims, you can drive in confidence knowing you're safe and sound.
