Watch Video With SoundMy journey began in the automotive business as a parts driver when I was just 18 years old. I couldn't have imagined then where that road would lead, but one lesson has stayed with me every step of the way: people make the difference.
When I opened my first dealership in Marysville, it was surrounded by little more than a cornfield. What made the difference wasn't the building or the location—it was the support of the community. The people of Marysville embraced us, supported us, and helped us grow. I've never forgotten that, and it's one of the reasons giving back and investing in our communities remains so important to me today.
You may notice the smiley face throughout Performance Columbus. To me, it represents a simple philosophy: one smile for our associate and one smile for our customer. When both leave with a smile, we've done our job. It's a reminder that relationships matter, people come first, and success follows when we take care of one another.
