2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee

The Grand Cherokee Laredo is the entry-level trim. It has 18-inch wheels, keyless entry, automatic headlights, heated side door mirrors, and fog lights. The Limited adds auto-dimming driver's side exterior mirrors and the option for a panoramic sunroof and LED fog lights, and if you step up to the Trailhawk, you'll get 18-inch wheels, all-terrain tires, an air suspension, and power-folding side mirrors. The luxury-oriented Overland has 20-inch wheels and Xenon headlights, while the Summit has chrome exterior trim elements.

The performance-based SRT comes with 20-inch alloy wheels, performance tires, and a high-performance braking system, and at the top of the 2021 Grand Cherokee lineup, the Trackhawk has 20-inch black-painted wheels, black exterior trim, and a sport exhaust with quad exhaust tips.

The base engine for the Grand Cherokee is a 3.6-liter V-6 gas engine with 295 horsepower. A 5.7-liter V-8 is an option for the Trailhawk, Overland, and Summit and will get you 390 horsepower. The SRT model gets its power from a 6.4-liter V-8 with 470 horsepower, and the Trackhawk is the most powerful with a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 gas engine that puts out 707 horsepower. All models and engines have an eight-speed automatic transmission, and all but the SRT and Trailhawk have either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. If you choose the SRT or the Trackhawk, it will come standard with all-wheel drive.

There is a Grand Cherokee for any type of driving. If you need comfort on the highway, the Summit and Overland are what you need. The Trailhawk has off-road equipment, and if you want extra power and performance, the Trackhawk is your Grand Cherokee. When equipped, the Grand Cherokee can tow up to 6,200 pounds with the V-6 engine and up to 7,200 pounds with the V-8.

The two-row Grand Cherokee has room for five, and the new L model adds an extra row and has room for seven. Cloth upholstery comes standard with synthetic and genuine leather available depending on the trim. Heated front seats are also available, along with ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and a power-adjustable steering wheel.

A 7-inch touch screen comes standard along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and a six-speaker stereo. A Wi-Fi hotspot is an added standard feature in the Limited, which also has an 8.4-inch touch screen.

Every 2021 Grand Cherokee comes with rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, a blind-spot monitor, and a rear cross-traffic alert. The Summit and above have forward-collision warning, adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, and a parallel parking assist feature.
