Bruegger's is at The Shoppes at River Ridge in Dublin and opens up at 6:30 AM, except on the weekend, when they open at 7 AM. Their classic kettle-boiled bagels come in blueberry, cinnamon sugar, egg, everything, garlic, poppy seed, rosemary olive oil, whole wheat, and many more. Try their made-in-Vermont cream cheese options to top things off (we recommend the bacon scallion or the honey walnut). They also have an array of wonderful breakfast sandwiches, like the Sriracha Honey Sunrise, which is egg, peppered bacon, cheddar, and sriracha honey cream cheese on a toasted everything bagel. It's hard to nail down just a few options to recommend, as everything here is so good, but we do love the two eggs with your choice of breakfast meats and two pancakes, especially as you can choose regular, banana, blueberry, chocolate chip, coconut, or strawberry pancakes. We also love the huevos rancheros, and the fresh spinach and mushroom omelet. And don't forget their jalapeno cornbread as a side to any breakfast you choose! We love these spots, and we think you will, too! So start making your plans to visit one – or all! – of these scrumptious spots. Who knows – you just might find a new favorite!
